5, la residencia en su hotel ha sido muy satisfactoria desde todo punto de vista, salvo por el inconveniente del aire acondicionado, del cual he sido debidamente recompensado , agradeciendo desde ya al Sr, Vasek Stribrny por atender mi queja. Por supuesto ya he recomendado y recomendare su hotel a mis amistades. Gracias la pase muy bien

Habitación cómoda y espaciosa. Buen desayuno, muy variado. Sólo tuvimos dificultades para ajustar la temperatura del aire acondicionado en la habitación. Traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto perfecto y puntual.

Muy bonito hotel, recién reformado. Personal en Recepción muy atento y profesional. Habitación muy confortable. Desayuno perfecto y ubicación del hotel ideal. Lo recomendamos a los turistas que quieran visitar Praga.

Bar in lobby. Attached casino. Good hairdryer. Buffet was outstanding. More English TV por favor. Overall a very satisfying experience.

Good location, near the old town, very comfortable rooms, great breakfast. Decor was a bit garish, almost 50's chrome and mirrors, but very clean. Restaurant was good with some Czech options that were very tasty.

At check in we met Rastislav. He had a huge smile and greeted us as if he was welcoming us to his home. My wife said he reminded her of an oversize "Teddy Bear". I know he is going to taking a lot of razzing, but he can take it! He told us about the walking tour that the hotel offered. We signed up. Unfortunately, my wife was pushed over by a pedestrian and broke her hip during the tour. I stayed at the hotel for 8 days while my wife had a complete hip replacement. Whenever he saw me he came around the counter and talked to me. It was like having a friend to talk to after long days at the hospital. I have traveled extensively over 25 year of my career, and I have met fewer than a handful of front counter staff as inviting as Rastislav. Also another employee that deserves special mention is the supervisor at the counter, who held my room until my wife recovered enough to travel back to the states. I don't remember her name but she was a petite and pleasant lady, who was very sympathetic. Although everyone was very good these two should be singled out for some special reward and I hope this letter will be put in their files. My wife and I pledge to revisit your beautiful city and when we do, there is only one hotel we will consider, ---The Grandior Hotel because of these people who treated us so well during this difficult time. These comments are more for the hotel than publication. 1. Our overall stay was excellentand the room was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was superb and easily the best we experienced out of the 12 hotels we have stayed in. The fixed price transfer services worked very well and were at fair prices. However, they are not adequately advertised on the web site and certainly not like they are in the hotel. The Prague visitor information available at the Concierge desk was inadequate although the Concierge hersellf was most helpful. The city map available was poor and there was no tram map. I think better coordination with the Tourist Bureau is needed. The evening meals at the Cafe are not up to the breakfast standard and were the worst feature we experienced at the hotel.

The Grandior Hotel is first class and in a wonderful location. The staff and concierge were very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast offering is wonderful.

The hotel was very comfortable and its central location was great. I was staying at the Grandior because I was attending a conference there and the food supplied by the hotel was much better than I expected; so many other hotels don't try very hard to please you when you are "stuck" at a conference. I will return to the hotel when I visit Prague with my family (very soon, I hope!). Thanks! FH, Boston, USA
